After pieces are created to your own measurements we do offer future alterations to refit it to you if needed. You can always reach out to us for re-adjustments.

Medestra is committed to using recycled/ethically sourced materials for all of our garments and accessories. You can always ask us for a specific breakdown of where we will purchase from before we create with you.

Medestra does not create pieces in bulk, we hand make everything in house to your measurements and specifications.

All pieces should be professionally dry cleaned, we will give you a care sheet with your order with specifications. For garments it will depend on materials for if you should hang it in a provided garment bag or keep it in a cushioned box. Acessories will all come in cushioned boxes.
